We encourage you to book and purchase tickets online, which will save you time to avoid long queues. This will give you more time for other activities, such as exploring the park and the “Daily Life of the Castle” tour.
General conditions
Time and form of the tour
The tour of the Castle lasts from 45-60 minutes. The tour is conducted in multimedia format. It is recommended to visit the chambers at. 9:00-15:30
Free entries
Children under 3 years of age admission to the park and tour of the Castle - free of charge
Discount Tickets
A discounted ticket is available for children under 15 years of age, students with a valid ID (up to 26 years of age), pensioners with a valid ID, and disabled persons.
Large Family Card
Holders of the Large Family Card or the Opole Family Card are entitled to a reduced price for entrance to the park and visits to the chambers
Entrance ticket
Visitors to the castle are also required to purchase an entrance ticket to the palace and park grounds
Group reservations
Those with group reservations are asked to arrive and purchase tickets up to 15 minutes before the scheduled tour time.
Animals
It is forbidden to bring animals inside the castle

Tours of the castle are conducted with an audio system located in each room and information boards. We also recommend using the SmartGuide audio guide.

For January, February, March, November and December (inclusive). On Saturday, Sunday and holidays, tours of the chambers until 18:00. A discounted ticket is available for children up to 15 years of age, students with a valid ID card (up to 26 years of age), and pensioners with a valid ID card, as well as those with a Large Family Card or Opole Family Card. Holders of the Large Family Card or the Opole Family Card are entitled to a reduced price for admission to the park and tours of the chambers.
