The historic park is related to the surrounding forests and fields, and the main axis of the concept is geometric in nature. Just beyond the fountain stretches a linden avenue, leading to a marble pedestal – the remains of a monument to Hubert von Tiele-Winckler. On both sides of the avenue are preserved 19th-century Dutch and French-style water canals and picturesque ponds.
The character of the park creates an extraordinary atmosphere conducive to long walks and encounters with the awe-inspiring nature, architecture and art.
The fountain is located in a picturesque park in Moszna and also in the immediate vicinity of the castle. Its history dates back to the first decades of the 20th century and is linked to the von Tiele-Winckler family.
The fountain was extensively renovated between August 2021 and May 2022, when it lived to see its premiere in its new look.

As planned, water from the fountain basin is drained in the month of October. Frost and snow could cause serious damage to the fountain mechanism. The fountain will be put back into operation in the spring, after the frosts have stopped. We will announce the details on our website.
Moszna Castle reserves the right to change the schedule, turn off the fountain or carry out maintenance by shutting it down periodically.
